Although our rules are strict, they are in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
The following provides an outline of our basic conditions of entry. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure all our children and adults feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our premises.
Important: Please do not visit Hocus Pocus Soft Play if your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 48 – 72 hours.
Rules of play
- All children must be accompanied by a supervising Adult. Your children are your responsibility at all times.
- Children must be well behaved and courteous to each other. Any hitting, spitting or kicking and you will be asked to leave.
- Any customers displaying verbal or physical aggression towards staff and other visitors will be asked to leave immediately.
- Parents /Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, Hocus Pocus cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment or using the play centre. We would ask customers to report any accidents before leaving the play centre.
- All sessions are for a maximum of 2 hours. We politely request that you leave on time during busy periods, as we do have waiting lists.
- Only food and drinks purchased at the Hocus Pocus may be consumed here, with the exception of water and baby milk.
No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum to be taken into the play area and only food and drinks purchased at the centre can be consumed. ( with the exception of baby milk and food).
Children who are unwell must not enter the play area.
Only children under the height of 4’ 10” (150cms) may play.
No photography except in party rooms.
Parents/ guardians should note that while every consideration has been given to the safety of children using the play centre.

- No sharp objects to be taken into the play area.
